History of Everio

At a time when most manufacturers were predicting DVD Camera to be the future, JVC were working hard on creating a new evolution of camcorder and changing the industry as we knew it. In 2004 JVC released the World's First Hard Disk Drive camcorder which was the catalyst in creating the current camcorder environment where customers can enjoy longer recording times and easy manipulation of files. In 2007 JVC launched the World's First Full High Definition HDD Camcorder recording at 1920x1080 and in 2011 we have introduced our Dual Lens & Dual Sensor Full HD 3D Everio.
